Nedbay G. Realization of «autonomy of will»principle by the parties to the collision between ships.

The problem of the elimination of the conflict of various national laws in the circumstances of depicts arising from collision between ships by the way of realization in ingenuous form of «autonomy of will» principle by the parties to the accident «collision between ships» is investigated in the dissertation. This dissertation is the first in Ukraine special complex monographic investigation of actual theoretic and practice problems which arise in the matter. The paries to the «collision between ships» accident, using the «autonomy of will» principle, or choose the law applicable to proper private relationships with international element, fix the group of rules which belongs to the law of a fixed state and which are to be applicable, provided that the choose may be only limited. As a result of investigation the new scientific concepts were obtained by candidate himself."
