Bilyk O. Information technology for monitoring the quality of comprehensive educational institution

The thesis is dedicated to the creation of information technology for monitoring of a comprehensive educational institution. This technology is based on modern approaches to education statistics and indicators of the quality of education, as well as an automated system that sells such technology. The paper listed a new solution to this problem for the level of education which is based on the principles of total quality management. The quality models of comprehensive educational institution are based on the fundamental principles of the ideology of total quality management, comprehensive and detailed as describing quality aspects of a comprehensive educational institution and are the foundation for an effective quality management of the institution. Developed information technology for monitoring the quality of a comprehensive educational institution, which provides the possibility of obtaining, processing, analysis and dissemination of various information about the quality of the processes taking placein it, and the quality of the results of these processes to implement effective management of general education. The information technology differs from the known technologies so that the process of gathering information is regarded as a set of three: input, measurement and evaluation, as well as the presence of imaging data and disseminating the results of monitoring.
