In the dissertation is accomplished the comprehensive research of public and private legal methods forming and application in regulation of labor relations in Western Europe and USA at the end of XVIII th- at the beginning of XXI th centuries. It is analysed the process of law division of public and private, in medieval Europe and it is ascertained that in path of feudalism the labor relations were regulated as through private so public methods.
