Essay

Dissertation is complex research of administrative responsibility for violation of rights to the object of right of intellectual ownership (clause 51-2 Ukrainian Code on administrative offences). According to the dissertation objective there are defined the concept of administrative responsibility for violation of rights to the object of right of intellectual ownership; reviewed the state system of organs which are responsible for protection of intellectual property and counteraction of violations in respective sphere; in detail exposed meaning of offence composition characteristics provided by clause 51-2 Ukrainian Code on administrative offences. The dissertation contains of theoretical states and practical recommendations based on complex analysis of administrative responsibility for violation of rights to the object of right of intellectual ownership.
