Essay

The dissertation deals with the current procedural regulations in the constitutional law of Ukraine. The general definition, the classification, the demands and the defection of the constitutional procedures are considered and analyzed in the work. The necessasity of the implementation of the constitutional procedural law as a branch both legislation and curricula is proved. The particular kinds of the constitutional procedures are considered in the thesis. The mediation as the modern procedure of solving political conflicts is studied.
