3. Object of research - transport-technological processes of cargoes delivery systems. The purpose of research - increase of efficiency of cargoes delivery systems with par-ticipation of sea transport by development of methodical positions on the organization of transport-technological processes. Methods of research - the system approach, methods of the theory of management, the theory of transport processes and systems, logistics, toolkit of economic-mathematical modeling. Dissertational work is dedicated to development of methodical base of organization of transport-technological processes of cargoes delivery systems with participation of marine transport with the purpose of increasing of systems efficiency. During the research the modern condition of theory and practice of organization and effective functioning of cargoes delivery systems were examined. The structure of cargoes delivery systems which realizes the multimodal carriage with participation of marine transport was worked out, the key parameters of transport-technological processes of such systems were estimated. Interaction of adjacent types of transport on the sea terminal in cargoes delivery system was optimized.
