Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of foundation, evolution, as well as the contemporary stance of correlation between the EU's intergovernmental and supranational governance. The thesis includes both conceptual-theoretic and applied author's researches. In the framework of the conceptual-theoretic part of the thesis, the concepts "supranational governance" and "intergovernmental governance" are explored by means of application the macro- and meso-theory of integration. The macro-theory is represented as an expression of integration processes in whole. The last includes the three main: national, supranational and syncretic paradigms of european integration. The meso-theory of integration is the projection of specific interaction mechanisms between the main actors of integration. The concept "EU integration governance" is examined as a complex of common policy-making, policy-adoption and the verification procedures which are necessary for achievement the common EU member-states goals.
