Muzafarov N. Optimization of the methods for maize varietal frowing technique in the eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine

Subject: optimization of growing technique for maize varieties by establishing some features of hybrid reaction to agronomical practices. Aim: to optimize methods of growing technique depending on nutrition background, soil overall tillage, plant density, planting dates and their interaction. Methods: field, laboratory, chemical and biochemical, mathematical. Novelty: some features of a complex effect by methods of overall tillage, planting dates, plant density, fertilizer backgrounds on hybrid yielding ability are established. Agrochemical rates and nitrogen phosphorus and potassium application on maize grain yield with provision for green mass in different biotypes are determined and the expediency of additional fertilizing for plants in spring is accepted. Results: models for cultivation technology of maize belonging to different maturity groups as to the mineral nutrition and vegetation fertilizing securing maize grain yield at the level of 7.0-10.0 t/ha have been improved. Application stage: the growing techniques have been introduced in the POSP "Perebudova" in Reshetylivskyi district of Poltava Oblast on 20 ha area and FF "Veytske" of Krasnolymanskyi district, Donetsk Oblast on 10 ha area. The farms of Kharkiv Oblast have got the recommendations "Scientific provision of effective realization of spring-field procedures on the farms of Kharkiv Oblast in 2008" and the SPF "HeLp Agro" and the company "SEMAGRO". Application area: agricultural enterprises of all the forms of ownership.
