Maruzhenko O. The Informational Support for the Law-making Process in Ukraine

The thesis focuses on the informational support for the law-making process in Ukraine. The author has defined a set of objectives of the informational support for the law-making process, ascertained the essence of its certain elements, and analyzed the content and the functions of the subjects participating in that process. The author presents its own definition for "informational support for the law-making process". The thesis specifies the content and the functional roles of the information and its types at the different stages of the law-making process. The author has analyzed the legal regulation of the informational support for the law-making process in Ukraine and presented own recommendations on its improvement. The author has explored foreign experience in the field of informational support for the law-making process. The influence of the informational factor on the law-making process' effectiveness has been defined. There have been formulated the proposals on improvement of the informational support for the law-making process in Ukraine.
