The thesis is devoted to forming, effective organizing and managing of the industrial railway transport system on the basis of principles of logistic in the conditions of single technology and informational environment of the JSC "Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT". For the increasing of management efficiency of system the complex of tasks and structure of the corporate informational-control system is developed, and logistical technology functioning of JSC "Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT" is carried out.
