The thesis was devoted to studying of laws and features of regeneration process of plants in anther culture genotypes of common wheat under the influence of different factors for the purpose of working out of methodical receptions of increase of its efficiency. High genotypespecific among 50 forms of common wheat on the of level of plants regeneration was revealed. The range of the variation of level of green plants regeneration at the investigated genotypes of common wheat, was at varietes 0 - 15,8 %, at hybrids 0 - 76,2 % was revealed. Regeneration of green plants at sensitive genotypes can be raised at a stage of pretreatment the cut off shoots of donor material in the solution of abscisic acid (0,1 - 0,5 mg/l) against low positive temperatures. Also productivity increase haploproduction process probably at the stage of regeneration by updating of phytohormonal structure of a nutrient medium. High positive correlation between an induction of newformations and regeneration from them green plants, for varyites of winter common wheat r = 0,77, for hybrids r = 0,98; and also between type of the generated newformations, speed of the formation and regeneration of plants in anther culture was established. Correlation between regeneration of green plants in anther culture in vitro and duration of the period "shoots - vacuolated microspore" for varyetes (r = - 0,7) and for hybrids (r = - 0,6) winter common wheat was established
