Cognitive foundation reconstruction of value evaluation cognition is carried out in project of "scientific sociology" of Bogdan Kistyakivskyi in hereby theses. Pluralistic direction of theoretical and methodological conception of Bogdan Kistyakivskyi is discovered hereafter, conceptual and value-evaluation cognition foundations are considered in the conception of the scientist , cognitive feature of this conception is established, basic structural value-evaluation cognition elements are discovered. Based on fundamental basis of Bogdan Kistyakivskyi conception , the author of theses gives in detail general mechanism of value-evaluation cognition, relying on that fact that this mechanism provides possibilities for further development of this cognition in sociology.
