Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of professionally oriented English speaking communicative competence of future managers-economists. The methodology of the competence formation has been theoretically grounded and developed in practice. Aims of teaching, learning content, selection of material, psychological and psycholinguistic features have been thoroughly researched. Selection of teaching material has been carried out at lexical, grammatical, functional, situational and thematic levels. As a result of the research the system of exercises for teaching students speaking has been theoretically substantiated and worked out in practice. The experimental teaching and statistical-mathematical processing of the obtained results have proved the validity and authenticity of scientific propositions, conclusions and recommendations.
