Sinyenko N. Optimization of tactic of treating patients with benign and borderline tumors and tumor – liked neoplasm’s of ovaries.

Dissertation has dedicated to solving such an actual problem of gynecology as increasing of efficiency of early and differential diagnostics of ovaries tumors and developing modern tactic of treating patients with this pathology, motivating algorithms of treating patients with benign and borderline tumors and tumor-liked neoplasm’s of ovaries. 250 women have been examined. As a result the system of complex estimation of patients’ state was produced. It allows to determine the prognosis of state and to identify a danger of complications correctly in 83,3 ± 1,6 % cases. The individual schemes of estimation of risk of treating benign and borderline tumors and tumor-liked neoplasm’s of ovaries were determined, which allowed reducing a number of complications after operative interference when ovaries tumours. Using of complex estimations of risks gives a possibility to reduce a medicine loading on patients’ organisms. The conditions for optimization of risks management when ovaries tumors selecting the individual tactic of treating women with ovaries tumors were suggested.
