Object of the research: The process of the workers’ activity estimation and stimulation at construction enterprises. Aim: theoretical substation and development of practical recommendations concerning the effective functioning of the main elements of the economic mechanism of the workers estimation and stimulation at the construction enterprises. Methods of research: mathematical statistics, economical analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, discounting, graphological construction; methods of a systematic analysis. Determined: elements of the economical mechanism of the workers activity estimation and stimulation at construction enterprises. Improved: the estimation mechanism of the workers activity at the construction enterprises, the mechanism of stimulation of the managerial and specialist staff at the construction enterprises and the mechanism of construction-workers stimulation at the construction enterprises, the system of financial responsibility, the balanced indices system, ways of the tariff rate calculation for workers at the construction enterprises. Developed: the scheme of a conceptual model of the estimation and stimulation of the workers activity at construction enterprises, which is integral into balanced indices system. Implemented: economical mechanism of estimation and stimulation of construction-workers’ activity, where in contrast to extant system the complex problem solving has been taken in account. Application domains: research institutes, construction enterprises, institution of higher education.
