The thesis is devoted to the clearance of actual task of modern medical science - to define the state and to work up the methods of correction of oral cavity microbiological and immunological homeostasis disturbances, parameters of chemical tooth content and methods of their correction at caries in children with usage of medical preparations Lisobact and Vitaphtorum. The tooth chemical content is studied for the first time in children who live in different ecological situation. The antilysozyme, anticomplementary and antiimmunoglobulin activity of caries-inducing bacteria is studied. The antibacterial potential of Lisobact and Vitaphtorum is studied in vitro. The efficacy of Lisobact and Vitaphtorum usage for the correction of oral cavity microbiological and immunological homeostasis and parameters of chemical tooth content is studied.
