Filshtein V. Organizational and Legal basis of the activity of National Police of the State of Israel (law-comparative analysis)

The thesis deals with elaboration of the problems of the organizational and legal basis of activity of Police of the State of Israel and definition of the ways of realization of the experience of National Police of the State of Israel as a part of Ministry of Public Security of the State of Israel during reforming of law-enforcement bodies of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrainian militia. In this work was examined organizational and legal basis, the purpose, the task, the functions of the police and their organizational structure, was investigated the essence of administrative activity of police, were ascertained organizational and legal basis of its manpower policy and interrelations with other state bodies, public organizations and the population. Some ways of reforming of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrainian militia were offered on the basis of studying of experience of National Police of the State of Israel as a part of Ministry of Public Security of the State of Israel.
