Hao H. Economic bases of social policy of the state in the conditions of market transformation

Object of research: system socially-relations of production, developing in the conditions of the market transformation. A research objective: definition of economic bases of realisation of social policy of the state in the conditions of market reforms in the different countries. Research methods: a method of an ascension from abstract to concrete, a method of unity historical and logic, the structurally functional approach, the comparative analysis, the system approach. Results, novelty: It is proved, that in the conditions of market transformation by economic bases of social policy of the state there is an actualisation of its such components as produce of knowledge, a private property, the competition mechanism in a combination to social partnership. It is proved, that efficiency of social policy of the state in a transformed society appreciably depends on outlook (culture and values) the supreme officials of the state. It is shown, that creation of economic bases of social policy in the Peoples Republic of China is based on disagreement elimination between the mass not qualified labor and the global tendency of transition to economy of knowledge by carrying out of substantial reform of education on the market beginnings.
