3. Research object: the process of social-economic relations change in the conditions of market transformation and social market economy formation. Research purpose: the revealing of changes, tendencies and particularities of social-economic sense of personal consumption and its role in the process of social reproduction and the development of offers concerning its optimisation on value-rational basis. Research methods: synthesis, analysis, systemic, statistical. Results, novelty: the presence and the sense of three levels and models of deformed personal consumption which correspond to them are proved; the sense of value-rational consumption is opened; the tendency of threats increase to human existence in the conditions of the model of consumption in consumer society. Sphere of the application: lectures and special courses on economic theory, social economy, human development, articles and monographs, practice of governmental institutions.
