Dissertation is devoted to investigation and intelligence of self-perfection phenomenon as the factor of alienation overcoming. Alienation is treated as an objective phenomenon (analyzing the problem of interaction of person and society) and as a subjective phenomenon (inner conflict of an individual).The peculiarities of self-perfection as inner deep principle of personality essence modeling, forming its real "I" as qualitative new level of human being is exposed. Here are opened essential characteristics and dynamics connected self-perfection process component, that are self-awareness processes, self-knowledge and self-understanding, because of which person identification with its discursive subpersonality and crystallization of its "I" is made.
