Metolkina N. Mechanisms of formation and realization for state youth politics in the Ukraine

Object of research: state youth policy in modern society. Purpose of the research: theoretical grounding of directions, and development of practical recommendations as for improving mechanisms of Public Administration in youth policy sphere. Methods: comparative, statistical, structural and functional, system analysis, synthesis, sociological research, observation, valuation of experts. Results: legal, organizations, financial and economic mechanisms of Public Administration in youth poliсy sphere are improved. Novelty: modern forms and methods of interaction between state and public structures in the process of working out and implementing youth policy are suggested. Used by department of contribution to social conditions and youth development of Ukrainian ministry in youth, sports and family affairs and state social service for family, children and youth, and youth and family board of Lugansk public state administration. Areas of use: public administer, regional administer, scientific research, training and retraining of public service.
