Andreitseva O. The Civil Law Remedies of the Rights on Objects of Industrial Property.

The thesis deals with actual problems of legal regulation of civil remedies of the rights on objects of industrial property, their system and enforcement pecularities. It defines the specific character of legal relations connected with protection of the rights on objects of industrial property. The thesis analizes the civil law remedies envisaged by legislation, as well substantiates the legal concept of three-level remedies system. Author especially notes the issues of specific character of legal nature, enforcement pecularities of the separate remedies. The research contains the analysis of court practice of mentioned remedies enforcement. The thesis deals with the issues of national and international regulation of remedies enforcement, as well with the foreign countries' experience.
