Essay

Thesis is devoted to the decision a problem of establishment peculiarities of clinical course and changes of the structural-functional state of heart in elderly patients with chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction with anaemia syndrome and its correction with epoetinum beta and iron medicines. It was established, that expressiveness of clinical displays, worsenings of life quality and violations of diastolic function closely correlate with the reducing of haemoglobin level and increasing of brain natriuretic propeptide B. Else it is well-proven that such method of correction of anaemia a promotes the reducing of Nt-proBNP level, increasing of endogenous erythropoietinum, haemoglobin levels, and more rapid increase of exercise tolerance, improvement of life quality and diastolic function of left ventricle.
