The dissertation is devoted to the problem of early detection of a placental form of placenta dysfunction which is the most severe form as it is accompanied by a high level (40 %) of perinatal loss. On the basis of examination of proteins of the gestation area, hor-monal function of the placenta, ultrasound peculiarities of structural and functional disorders of the fetal-placental complex indices of the hemostasis system, the state of the oxidant and antioxidant systems in the pregnant the diagnostic algorhythm of a placental form of placenta dysfunction is elaborated. The suggested diagnostic algorhythm of a placental form of placenta dysfunction allones to make a proper diagnosis in time, to prevent a severe form of intrauterine state of the fetus, to reduce the rate of perinatal sickness and mortality.
