The thesis is devoted to theoretical problems of defining administrative and legal status of State Tax Inspections in Ukraine and practical issues of its realization. On the ground of normative and legal acts analyses, which define administrative and legal status of State Tax Inspections and in the result of theoretical summarizing made in the research, the practical proposals on legal regulation of administrative and legal status and of State Tax Inspections powers practical realization are produced with the aim of execution the duties charged by existing legislation on them.
