Kondratskaja L. Family conflicts as the factor of emotional exhaustion at teenagers.

The dissertation is intended for studying influence of family conflicts on a level of emotional exhaustion at teenagers. The work contains theoretical substantiations, methodical ways and results of empirical research of the problem. Factors, which promote development of a syndrome of emotional exhaustion in teenagers, are taped and analyzed, and also the analysis of the reasons, which predetermine occurrence of family conflicts, is carried out. The psychological structure of emotional exhaustion at teenagers is certain; the diagnostic methods are developed for research of family conflicts and emotional exhaustion at teenagers. The interrelation between family conflicts and emotional exhaustion at teenagers is proved. The developing program on formation of the conflict competence of pupils is developed and introduced. Psychological actions (skills conflictless dialogue or talking and the prevention of destructive consequences of the conflict are found out; personal conflictless behaviour; skills of a self-regulation in disputed situations; a choice of style of behaviour according to the conflict), that influence on conflict competence at teenagers and their parents.
