Object - the closed multiple abdominal trauma; methods – clinical, biochemical, immunological, roentgenologic, instrumental, statistical; novelty – it is first exposed, that in the sharp period of traumatic illness an anatomic-functional index and multivariable analysis most for certain represent weight of the closed multiple trauma and characterize the syndrome of mutual burden for victims with the damage of parenchymal organs; on the basis of complex and dynamic estimation of weight of multiple trauma with prognostication of development of syndrome of mutual burden in the sharp period of traumatic illness the prophylactic orientation of the differentiated surgical tactic is certain for victims with the damage of parenchymal organs; expedience of application of the differentiated surgical tactic which consists in reduction of volume of exigent operation concerning the damages of parenchymal organs in the conditions of «doubtful» and «unfavorable» prognosis of sharp period of traumatic illness is grounded; results – the results of treatment of victims are improved with the damage of parenchymal organs at the closed multiple abdominal trauma in a sharp period on the basis of application of the differentiated surgical tactic taking into account the anatomic-functional estimation of weight of trauma and prognosis of flow of traumatic illness; branch – medicine.
