Essay

Theoretical grounds and a new approach to solving a scientific task of improving the nervous system diagnostics and treatment in patients with asiderotic anemia of different severity are presented in the thesis, based on the clinical and paraclinical analysis. There have been determined a character and peculiarities of lesion of the nervous system different parts which were manifested by a syndrome of vegetative dystonia, encephalopathy and polyneuropathy. Increased pulse volume, increased peripheral cerebral vascular resistance and damaged venous circulation have characterized the changes in cerebral hemodynamics of patients with asiderotic anemia. There has been esteblished a direct correlation among the rate of the detected clinical and instrumental changes in the nervous system, the level of biologically active substances (free histamine and serotonin) in blood plasma and anemia severity. It is grounded that to use а-lipoic acid preparations, berlition, in particular, when treating the damaged peripheral nervous system in patients with asiderotic anemia in (a) complex is expedient.
