The aim of this dissertation is to improve diagnostic of a acute period of the brain concussion and to optimize treatment tactics. On the basis of complex clinico-paraclinic and neuropsychological research of 108 patients in a acute period of the brain concussion were studied clinico-diagnostic features of its trend.Clinical characteristics of a acute period of the brain concussion were specialized, specifically among military. Among the patients in a acute period of the brain concussion in addition to neurologic symptoms and vegetative dysfunction occurs asthenic and emotional, cognitive disorders, in particular disorders of memory and attention, according to neurologic and neuropsychological research.
