Korolova O. The clinico-diagnostic features of the remote consequences of closed craniocerebral injury in the dynamics of comprehensive therapy with the use of nootropic medicines.

The aim of this dissertation is to improve the diagnostics and treatment of different displays of clinical picture in the patients with the remote consequences of closed craniocerebral injury in the dynamics of comprehensive therapy with the use of different nootropic medicines.On the basis of comprehensive clinical and paraclinical research in the treatment of 116 patients with the remote consequences of closed craniocerebral injury the clinico-diagnostic features of their trend were found out.The comparison of neurological and neuropsychological descriptions, outcomes of the instrumental methods of research among patients with the remote consequences of closed craniocerebral injury was carried out for the first time. With the help of comprehensive neuropsychological testing it was found out that patients with the remote consequences of closed craniocerebral traumas have significant increase of displays of socio-unadaptive and vegetative disorders and memory impairment.
