Essay

Thesis is devoted to donormil chemical-toxicological research. Sensible methods of donormil identification by coloured reactions, UV-spectroscopy, TLC and HPLC were developed and the selective method of aliphatic amines detection was developed. The methods of donormil quantitative determination, which are suitable for the aims of chemical-toxicological, were developed. The individual method of donormil isolation from biomaterial was developed. Scheme of chemical-toxicological analysis of biomaterial for donormil and additions to general scheme of organic matters TLC-screening, which allow not to lose donormil during undirected research, were grounded.
