Essay

This thesis is first monographic research, devoted to analysis of European principles of administrative law (as a combination of principles of the European administrative space and European administrative law) and main approaches of their introduction in the Ukrainian legislation. The thesis reveals modern approaches of European and domestic scientists and researchers to definition of the essence, main types and role of the European principles of administrative law, as well as their classification. The thesis represents evolution of the Rule of law concept and principle, provides it's modern understanding, contains proposals and recommendations as to it's introduction into Ukrainian legislation. Author has described the list and essence of the main European principles of administrative law regarding organization and activity of public administration, for example, the institutional principles and principles of public administration activity, and among the latter - principles of relations between publicadministration and citizens, has formulated important proposals as to their introduction into the draft of the Administrative procedure code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences, the Code of administrative adjudication of Ukraine, laws and other legal acts.
