Namyasenko O. The Law Status of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the integrated analysis of the law status of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. In the thesis was made the research of the notion the law status of the judge and its structure elements. The features of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as state organ official were defined. It was presented and researched the law, organizational, structural and process forms of the law status of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine judge implementation. The analysis of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as the state organ, its features and place among the other state organs are the subject of special attention. In the thesis was classified the rights and the obligations of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, was defined tendencies of the development this institute in Ukraine.
