Manzuk Y. Prevention of complication during pregnancy, labour and postpartum period in patients with different forms of hemorrhoid

It was founded that cause of hestational process complications was violation of adaptation mechanism. It was confirmed by increased levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone, adrenaline and cortisole. It was studied degree changes of microbiocenosis of birth channel and intestine, peculiarities of placental complex changes, and immunoglobulins concentration. Taking into account the study results were developed treatment and preventive measures for pregnant women with different forms of hemorrhoid. These measures included modern antiinflammatory, analgetics, phleboprotective, lacalutive drugs and probiotics. Implementation of developed complex lead to decreasing of preterm labor rate on 15,7 % in case of asymptomatic form of hemorrhoid and 21,9 % - in case of symptomatic form, anaemia rate - on 15,6 % and 26,4 %, placental insufficien rate - on 35,7 % and 37,3 %; complicated deliveries - on 28,1 % and 31,0 %; postpartum period complications rate - on 15,6 % and 19,7 % accordingly.
