Essay

The paper presents results of the analysis of philosophic as well as psychological and pedagogical literature, which concerns the researched issue. There are determined psychological and pedagogical conditions of using of distance technologies elements while physics training in the secondary educational establishments. It is presented the developed training and methodological complex in order to study the division "Quantum Physics". This complex is based on using of distance technologies elements. It includes: basic theory, historical references, computations, video of the real experiment as well as computer models showing, examples of physics tasks solving, of assignments for tests and of checking of pupil's achievements in studying.
