Grabovska L. Scientifically - technological basis improvement condition of potable water supply by Ukraine regions

In a problem of quality of potable water it is possible to allocate a little making: normalization of quality of water, quality of water of sources of water supply, necessity of improvement of systems of water supply, secondary pollution очищеной waters at transportation, local additional cleaning at a level of the consumer. Specifications of quality of potable water should be uniform, irrespective of the developer and територии distributions. Ideal requirements to quality of water should be "harmlessly, it is useful, it is tasty ". The list of pollution is great and various, and the ideal scheme of water purification basically does not exist. Chances of water of secondary pollution practically are always high. Real strategy of the decision of a problem is wide introduction of local water-purifying devices which would consider structure of cleared water, opportunities and conditions of the consumer. In the help to the consumer the network regional (local) the methodical centres should be created. Theywill help the consumer to make a correct choice of the device for household additional cleaning water. Bases for the recommendation of the device there will be an estimation of quality of water - the analysis of water lead by experts. For this purpose the special program of testing of water also is created information base of means of household additional cleaning of water.
