Veselov N. Administrative and Law Prevention of Children's Road Traffic Traumatism in Ukraine

This thesis is devoted to the research of both administrative procedures and the law with a view to preventing or reducing Children's Road Traffic traumatism. The analysis of the situation with regard to children's road traffic traumatism in Ukraine is considered in the work. The author investigates the factors of children's traumatism and the peculiarities of administrative procedures and the current law. Both the methods being used in attempting to reduce this negative phenomenon as well as the effectiveness of these methods is also examined and discussed. The author considers the role and peculiarities of the State Traffic Inspection and their role in ensuring the safety of children on Ukraine roads. The author finally proposes actions to improve the standard of regulations relating to the prevention of children's road traumatism and provides a Draft of Regulations of the Children's Road Traffic traumatism.
