Essay

Object of investigation is the process of transformation of gas consumption in the frequency signal in sensing transistor structures. Subject of investigation is static and dynamic characteristics of radio measuring microelectronic transducers of gas consumption on the basis of reactive properties of transistor structures with negative resistance. Methods of investigation are based on the use of the equations of mathematical physics during development of mathematical models of transducers; original positions of the theory of function of a complex variable for definition of functions of transformation and equations of sensibility. The theoretical value of obtained outcomes consists in the use of reactive properties of transistor structures with negative resistance for making measuring transducers of gas consumption worked by principle "gas consumption - frequency", in development of mathematical models of measuring transducers of gas consumption with a frequency output and improvement of mathematical model of thermal processes in integrated circuits of transducers. The practical value of the obtained results is the proposal of using the measuring transducers of gas consumption with the frequency output with apply of sensing semiconductor devices. The degree of implementation is in limits of branch. The branch is enterprises engaged in development and manufacture measuring equipment.
