Mikola V. Methods of formation of pedagogical technique of future labour training teacher by means of a training

The dissertation research is devoted the problem of training the future labour training teachers pedagogical technique considered as a basis of pedagogical mastery. Such concepts as "pedagogical technique", "technique-tactical preparation", "training", "training mechanism", "rules of pedagogical technique", "logic construction", "initial skills", were specified and denoted. It assisted for the grounds of the rules of pedagogical technique and for the creation of training mechanisms with the purpose of teaching students the pedagogical technique. To determine the level of their formation the diagnostic model of mastering of a pedagogical technique was made.The students' training in the course of the experimental work was ensured by means of such subjects as Pedagogical Mastery and Methods of Labour Training. It was checked experimentally up the formation of pedagogical technique of future labour training teachers and their satisfaction with their profession.
