The dissertation is the independent completed advanced work which is devoted to complex research and scientific analysis of general theoretic and practical problems of the legal adjusting of implementation of research-and-development or research-design and technological works, to development of suggestions and recommendations in relation to perfection and correct application of standards, that regulate implementation of research-and-development or research-design and technological works. Legal nature of agreements on implementation of research-and-development or research-design and technological works is explored in the dissertation. The features of object and subject composition of these contracts are determined, explored pre-conditions and order of entering into contract are definite on implementation of research-and-development or research-design and technological works, their maintenance and terms is exposed, the features of implementation and responsibility of sides are analyzed for non-fulfillment or improper implementation of agreements on implementation of research-and-development or research-design and technological works.
