The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the principles of productivity in the cases of administrative misdemeanors and provision of their realization in the law enforcement organ's activity. According to the results of the performed investigation the author formulated the proposals, which are directed to the improvement of the legal regulation of productivity in the cases of administrative misdemeanors, their key principles, especially common to the activity of the law enforcement organs.
