Tyshkun Y. Institutionalization of civil society in Ukraine as a factor of state bureaucracy rationalization.

Thesis presents the complex research into the problem of the civil society influence on the state bureaucracy rationalization process. The integral author system of the civil society institutions (organizations) and institutes (norms) influence on the state bureaucracy rationalization has been built. The system includes political, judiciary and socio-cultural influences of the civil society on the state apparatus. Conducting the analysis of the approaches to the interpretation of the institutionalization of the civil society, the significance to functioning improvement by the state bureaucracy has been defined more precisely. The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of the interaction between the state bureaucracy and civil society in Ukraine.
