Altin I. New minimal invasive ways of appendectomy.

Object - diagnostics and treatment of appendicitis; methods - anatomical, angiographic, histological, clinical, x-ray, biochemical, immunological, statistic; novelty - on the basis of correction of the holotopy of the caecum and the vermiform appendix, a new approach has been developed and the known ones have been perfected in appendicectomies, a comparative assessment of the efficacy and the extent of traumaticity of a new operation and the perfected ones performed by open and laparoscopic techniques has been made, the peculiarities of wound healing, morphological changes and tissue blood supply in the proposed appendicectomies have been studied, traumaticity of interferences has been diminished, the time of operations and the number of postoperative complications have been reduced by 7,53%; the sphere of application is - medicine.
