Personal factors of the formation of the individual learning style in students were studied in the Dissertation. Current status of the problem in modern psychological and pedagogical studies was analyzed; key concepts of the study were analyzed; specifics of learning style functioning in a process of professional development were defined. Programme for the experimental study was designed and the assessment measurement of personality traits affecting learning style was adjusted to the subject of dissertation study. Specifics of the personal factors' impact on the development of the certain learning style were found experimentally. The programme for the forming influence of personal factors on the learning style development was designed and implemented. It was found that personal factors accelerate the learning style progress under condition of specially organized education. The need in purposeful training work aimed at improvement the learning behaviour due to forming learning style in students was proved.
