Object: marketing activity of agricultural and processing enterprises. Research purpose: development of theoretic-methodological aspects and practical recommendation for marketing activity improvement and increase of economic efficiency of production activity of milk production and milk-processing enterprises Research methods: dialectic, monographic, system approach, cross-corellation regressive, SWOT-analysis, sociological. Theoretical and practical results: in a theoretical plan - socio-economic essence of category is presented "marketing activity of milk production and milk-processing enterprises" and positions which based on the controlling of marketing. In a practical plan is a ground of development plan of milk production subcomplex; calculation of profit of the marketing activity are improved; got subsequent development scientifically are the grounded on controlling marketing. Degree of introduction: results are accepted for introduction Main administration of agriculture development of Odesa region. Sphere of the use: agrarian economics and agroindustrial complex.
