Doctoral thesis is developed to investigator of the postpartum pio-septic diseases. There was proposed the new solution of the pertinent scientific task of the optimization of clinical management of pregnancy. An exacerbation of infection during pregnancy leads to the unfavorable course of a pregnancy and postpartum period. The method of complex prevention of the pospartum infection aftercesarean section was developed. Conducted retrospective analysis of the risk factors has allowed to determine the main risk factors for postnatal infectious complications and to develop the program of prospective study. Its results were helpful for making the original method of the pre- and intraoperation prevention of postnatal inflammatory processes amongst females with high risk of the infection and decrease the frequency of the complications in the postnatal period, normalise immune and antioxidant system.
