Rybshchun O. Ukrainian sociology: traditions, factors and orientations of development (1960-s - everly 2000s.).

The thesis is devoted to the study of institutional development of Ukrainian sociology as a scientific discipline duryng the Soviet (1960-1980-s) and current (1990-2000-s) periods. On the basis of externalist approach in sociology of science it is realised the comparative analysis of two types of sources (archives and expert's opinions), with the purpose to investigate a structural dynamics in the development of professional community during these periods and explain the main factors of influence upon institutional development of sociology as a scientific discipline. Historical approach allowed to develop the project of the history in institutional development of Ukrainian sociology.
