Kotlik V. Sexual health disorders and marital disadaptation and their psycho-correction at the wife's post-castration syndrome

130 married couples with wifes having endured the total ovariectomy, which resulted in post-castration syndrome (PCS), were examined. On the basis of system-defined approach condition of women's sexual health with PCS and status of sexual adaptation of a married couple with wife's PCS examined; biologic, psychologic, socio-psychologic and social factors of probable development of marital disadaptation at wife's PCS presence determined; variants and forms of marital disadaptation at wife's PCS distinguished; system of psycho-correction for marital disadaptation at wife's PCS, which implementation effectiveness made up 78%, elaborated. This system is based on the principles of integration, differentiation, consistency, and phasing and consists of 4 components - informative, emotional, behavioural and personal directed to three subsystems of an individual - intraindividual, interindividual, metaindividual and is aimed at the compensation of main women's pathology, at the normalization of interpersonal relations between the married couple and adaptation of its sexual behaviour, which is achieved by means of psychotherapeutic cognitive-oriented methods (explanatory, rational, cognitive, rationally-emotional) and by means of individually-oriented psychotherapy, autogenic training, gender role-based and sexually-sensual trainings, biblio- and cinema-therapy.
