Maslyayeva K. Economic and legal support of function of financial services market in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of a current state of economic and legal support of Ukrainian financial services sphere. The work analyses the peculiarities of legal matter of financial services market, its structure and functions in current economic conditions. The author gives her own characteristics of legal status of some financial mediators and determines legal matter of financial instruments, which keep turning on Ukrainian financial services market. Attention is drawn to the analyse of main directions, methods, economic and legal means of a state influence over the financial services sphere. The thesis touches upon a question of regulation activity and cooperation of representative state organs and also upon problems of systematization, perfection of special Ukrainian legislation and its approximation to the European Union legislation. The questions about possibility of a creation of state financial services market megaregulator are analysed. The work contains a number of propositions for forming of real long-term strategy of Ukrainian financial services market development.
