Essay

Development and functioning of enterprises at the beef market and adjusting of economic relations. Generalization of theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to the study of problems of beef market, research of parameters of the effective meet production, harmonization of intersectorial relations. General and special methods are the research basis. New approaches for the improvement of effectiveness of agricultural enterprises activity are provided. State control organs are suggested with the recommendations of control in import volumes of meat. The technique of input-output balance with a simultaneous optimization of distribution of slaughter products of youngstock cattle and pigs is given. The methods of optimization of herd structure, taking into account fattening rations, constitutional type of animals, sex, reaching of slaughter standards in different age, duration of fattening, are improved. Methodical approaches to the prime cost calculation of liveweight gain in the youngstock cattle are perfected. The notion of agrarian market and the category of "economic-organizing mechanism" is revealed. Recommendations on the increase of the efficiency of meat production are applied by the cattle breeding department of the agricultural policy ministry, advisory services, and certain agricultural enterprises in educational process. Recommendations efficiency lies in the expenses increase on the production of fattening goods of cattle.
